
The Department of Finance administers all of the City's fiscal operations. The operations include income tax administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, payroll, investing, and financial reporting.
The Director of Finance is Robert F. Gillian. The Department consists of three full-time employees (the Director, the Finance/Income Tax Administrator, and the Finance Assistant).
The Department is responsible for the administration of the City's income tax. The current tax rate is 1.5%. For the City's income tax ordinance, click here.
The Regional Income Tax Agent collects the City's income tax. To contact R.I.T.A. about obtaining or filing income tax forms, click here.
Copies of the Annual Budget and Financial Statements are available upon request at the City Building located at 1791 Harshman Road.
The Finance Department is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
