Require a Bachelor Degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, public administration or related field; current Ohio Peace Officer Training Council certification; exhibit the ability to provide effective leadership, plan, coordinate and direct law enforcement operations and ensure proper compliance with the City’s policies and procedures.
